Offer and contract
Adoption is a personalised service and experience. It does not transfer ownership of a vine, grapes or land. A submitted form is a non-binding request. A contract forms only after our confirmation of availability, selected benefit version, total price, shipping and payment.
Packages and personal service
Bronze includes 1 bottle in the Swiss wine version, Silver 3 and Gold 6. Every level retains individually created certificates and personally addressed emails carrying the recipient name and Vine ID: two for Bronze, four for Silver and six plus a digital season album for Gold. Exact contents shown at the time of the request form part of the confirmed order.
Availability and prices
Regent in Mandach, Riesling-Silvaner in Mandach and Pinot Gris in Vogelsang are each limited to 100 active adoptions. Prices are in CHF and include VAT only where legally owed. Physical shipping is additional and communicated before confirmation.
Wine and Collector Alternatives
The wine version is available only to a delivery address in Switzerland and only when purchaser and recipient are both at least 18. Bronze includes 1, Silver 3 and Gold 6 available Aaregold bottles. The alcohol-free Collector Alternative may be selected in Switzerland and is mandatory abroad. Bronze: printed certificate, A5 vine photo and small replica tag. Silver: presentation certificate, replica metal tag, premium unframed photo, postcard set and CHF 15 renewal credit. Gold: document box, large replica plaque, premium photo, postcard set, digital season album, Adopter Day for two and CHF 30 renewal credit. Credits are non-cash, non-transferable and apply only to a later direct renewal.
Adopter Day
Adopter Day is one organised group event on a date announced by AdoptSwissWine. It includes a family welcome, guided vineyard walk, presentation of adopted vines and tasting of wines available on the day for eligible adults. It is not an individual or private visit. Travel, accommodation, meals not expressly stated and transport are not included. Capacity, vineyard conditions, safety, weather and applicable law may require a date or programme change; a reasonable replacement date or equivalent benefit will be offered when AdoptSwissWine cancels the event.
Personalisation, cancellation and law
Customers must provide correct data and permission for recipient details. Personalised certificates, tags, plaques, photographs, videos and other made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production starts. A request may be withdrawn before confirmation. Mandatory consumer and warranty rights remain. Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory foreign consumer protection.
