We process contact and address details, selected package, vine variety and quantity, recipient and dedication data, destination, correspondence, age confirmation and technical access data. We use them to answer requests, allocate vines, personalise and fulfil adoptions, arrange payment and delivery, meet legal and accounting duties, prevent misuse and secure the website.
Worldwide customers and transfers
Adoptions may be requested worldwide. Hosting, email, printing, IT, accounting and delivery providers may process necessary data in Switzerland or abroad. Where required, we rely on an adequate country, recognised contractual safeguards or another lawful basis. Physical availability and international delivery are confirmed individually.
Order requests
The form opens an email to info@adoptswisswine.com and copies b24gruppe@gmail.com. No online payment is taken. A contract arises only after we confirm availability, total price, possible shipping and payment.
Retention and rights
Enquiries are retained only as needed and contract or accounting records for statutory periods. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or data delivery and withdraw consent for the future. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
